1. PURPOSE

This Application and Credit Agreement governs the purchase of electronic devices such as cellphones, tablets, or laptops by the Client from Boost Africa (Pty) Ltd under agreed credit terms.

7. TOTAL CREDIT AMOUNT INCLUDING CONTRACT AND FINANCE FEE

The total value of goods purchased on credit is R_6840.00____ .

8. DEPOSIT

The Client shall pay a deposit of R__570.00_____ upon signing this agreement.

9. REPAYMENT TERMS

The balance of R __6270.00__ shall be repaid over a period of ___ 11 months__, in monthly instalments of R_570.00__. Payments are due on or before the _07th_ day of each month and are payable by debit order.:

10. OWNERSHIP

Ownership of the goods shall remain with Boost Africa (Pty) Ltd until the total purchase price and all related charges have been paid in full.

11. DELIVERY

Goods will be delivered or made available for collection once the deposit has been received and the agreement has been signed.

12. DEFAULT

If the Client fails to make any payment on time: The full outstanding balance will become immediately due and payable. Boost Africa may repossess the goods without further notice. The Client will be liable for collection, legal, and administrative costs.

13. LEGAL ACTION

By signing this agreement client gives right to the credit provider to process legal action using any court in South Africa not necessarily the court where the client resides..

14. WARRANTIES

All devices are sold with manufacturer warranties as applicable. Boost Africa is not responsible for any defects covered under manufacturer terms.

14.1 Product Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage Boost Africa (Pty) Ltd provides a 12-month limited warranty on all cellphones, laptops, and tablets sold under its credit program. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal use of the product. 2. Warranty Service and Responsibility Repairs, replacements, or servicing under this warranty will be handled directly by the original manufacturer or its authorized service centre. Boost Africa shall facilitate the warranty claim process by assisting clients with the submission of required documentation and product handover to the relevant service provider. 3. Exclusions and Limitations This warranty does not cover: - Physical or accidental damage, including cracked screens, dents, or water damage; - Damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or repairs by non-authorized technicians; - Battery wear and tear due to normal usage; - Software-related issues or data loss. 4. Conditions that Void the Warranty The warranty will be deemed void if: - The product serial number, IMEI, or warranty seal is removed, altered, or defaced; - The device has been opened or repaired by an unauthorized person; - The defect or damage results from improper handling, liquid exposure, or use of incompatible accessories. Product Warranty Policy 5. Warranty Claims Procedure To lodge a claim, the client must: - Provide proof of purchase and credit agreement from Boost Africa; - Present the product for inspection at a Boost Africa branch or designated service centre; - Allow reasonable time for assessment and processing by the manufacturer. 6. Non-Transferability This warranty applies only to the original purchaser under the Boost Africa credit program and is non-transferable. 7. Limitation of Liability Boost Africa’s liability is limited strictly to facilitating the warranty process. The company shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from product malfunction, repair delays, or data loss.

15. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement in writing if the other party materially breaches its obligations. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become due immediately.

16. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
